Managing Attorney in Salinas, CA - Workers Compensation

Position Overview The Managing Attorney will oversee the legal defense of workers’ compensation cases from inception to final resolution, including all aspects of discovery and litigation. In addition to handling an active caseload, the Managing Attorney will lead and mentor a team of attorneys, helping to ensure high-quality legal work, operational efficiency, and professional development across the team. This leadership role works closely with insurance companies, employers, third-party administrators, firm leadership, and litigation teams to drive successful outcomes for clients while fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. We are seeking a strong leader with 5+ years of workers’ compensation defense experience and demonstrated experience supervising or mentoring attorneys.
