We partner with several major home warranty companies and are seeking a Plumbing Manager who understands the unique demands of balancing this work with retail residential pluimbing.

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Plumbing Manager to lead our team of technicians and oversee day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate has hands-on plumbing experience, leadership skills, and a solid understanding of warranty procedures, billing, and customer communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support a team of residential plumbing technicians.
• Coordinate and manage service calls specifically related to home warranty claims.
• Communicate with home warranty representatives, homeowners, and technicians to ensure smooth job flow and compliance.
• Train and mentor plumbing staff on warranty procedures, job documentation, and customer service best practices.
• Handle escalated customer concerns and warranty claim disputes.
• Monitor job quality, safety compliance, and technician productivity.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience with residential plumbing
• Experience with performing service calls for home warranty companies.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a plumbing service environment.
• Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems, diagnostics, and repairs.
• Familiarity with warranty claim documentation, approval processes, and billing requirements.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with job management software and mobile dispatch platforms.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Able to pass a full-panel drug screening.
