We're set to double in size this year by increasing marketing spend to drive lead flow. This extraordinary increase in inbound sales calls and digital leads is why we need more sales professionals. This position is on-site and reports to our Chandler, AZ location.

Responsibilities:

• Sell pest control services on the phone to new and existing customers (no cold calling).
• Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience through all interactions.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets by presenting tailored pest control solutions.
• Comfortable handling inbound sales calls and/or making outbound calls to existing customers to upsell services or to prospects who inquired via online channels.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of inside sales experience preferred; candidates with customer service, sales, or customer retention experience will also be considered.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers, actively listen to their needs, and effectively present solutions.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve.

• Weekly Pay get paid every Friday!
• This position offers uncapped commission, with most team members earning between $55,000 $80,000 per year based on performance.
