Director Field AI Capabilities

Director-level position leading artificial intelligence capabilities strategy and delivery for field-based employees across US and international markets. Responsible for developing and scaling AI-enabled products that enhance customer engagement, translating business needs into compliant, measurable solutions while building internal capability and intellectual property.

Responsibilities

• Define Field AI Capabilities vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap aligned with enterprise commercial objectives and market needs
• Lead end-to-end product management from discovery through launch, lifecycle management, and value realization
• Build scalable global capability model balancing common platforms with regulatory, operational, and market-specific requirements
• Establish product, data, and responsible AI governance including decision rights, quality controls, and risk monitoring
• Lead and develop multidisciplinary team of employees, contractors, and partners while tracking portfolio KPIs and business impact

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, data science, engineering, business, or related field
• 10+ years in digital, data, analytics, AI, product management, or commercial operations with field organization leadership
• Proven track record setting strategy and delivering end-to-end AI or digital product portfolios
• Experience designing, developing, and scaling AI-enabled products including generative AI and intelligent recommendations
• Strong understanding of responsible AI, data governance, privacy, security, and compliance in regulated environments
• Experience scaling global capabilities across US and international markets with local regulatory accommodation
• Executive communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to align multidisciplinary teams
