• Front desk medical office operations 
• Patient scheduling and intake 
• Insurance verification and payment collection 
• Electronic Health Records (EHR) management

Requirements 

Must-Have Qualifications 

• High School Diploma or equivalent 
• Minimum 3 years of medical office experience 
• Previous front desk medical office experience 
• Strong customer service and patient communication skills 
• Experience scheduling appointments and coordinating patient flow 
• Insurance verification experience 
• Payment collection experience 
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities 
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks 
• Proficiency with scheduling software and office technology 
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Professional appearance and positive attitude 

Operational Requirements 

Candidate must be willing and able to: 

• Handle difficult patient questions regarding treatment expectations and recommendations 
• Manage schedules for three integrated providers simultaneously 
• Maintain accurate records in both paper charts and two EHR systems 
• Prepare patient charts and treatment rooms between visits 
• Assist with inventory management and supply organization 
• Scan, file, and purge medical records 
• Sanitize treatment equipment daily and weekly 
• Clean bathrooms daily 
• Sweep and dust office spaces daily 
• Wash, dry, and fold laundry several times per week
