We are seeking experienced, dynamic registered nurses (RNs) to join our high‑impact, multi‑campus care team supporting Wellstar Spaulding, Sylvan Grove, and West GA. Responsibilities Own the nursing process — from assessment through evaluation — to deliver personalized, evidence‑based care. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program (required); BSN from an accredited school (preferred). RN license (single state or multi‑state compact) and BLS, ACLS certifications (required). National certification in your specialty (preferred). Minimum 2 years of recent medical‑surgical experience (required). Experience with computer data entry (required). Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems (preferred). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Comfort with Microsoft Office and basic technology tools. Calm under pressure and able to manage fast‑paced situations and clinical emergencies. Strong critical‑thinking, time‑management, and evidence‑based decision‑making abilities.
