Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery (L&D) travel position requiring at least 2 years of experience and NRP and EFM certifications.

Details

• Work in a hospital Labor & Delivery (L&D) unit
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Patient ratio of 1:3–4
• Weekend shifts are required
• Floating within like units may be required
• No on-call responsibilities
• Local candidates are welcome to apply

Requirements

• Active RN license (Maryland or Compact) required; pending state license will be accepted
• Current certifications required: Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM)
• Minimum 2 years of L&D experience required; 3 years preferred
• Two professional references required for consideration
• Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration

• First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
• Block scheduling cannot be accommodated
• Up to 1 RTO request may be submitted for this assignment
• 13-week contract
