Key Responsibilities for a Physical Therapist:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to promote recovery and rehabilitation.
• Educate patients and families on treatment options and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

PT Job Requirements:

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program / DPT.
• Current state licensure (or eligible for licensure) in Vermont to practice Physical Therapy.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
