Baptist Health is seeking a Clinical Documentation Specialist to join our remote team. This role evaluates physician documentation to ensure accurate severity of illness and coding specificity, guiding physicians, nursing and ancillary staff on best practices. The position requires Kentucky license as an RN (BSN preferred) with 3 years acute care nursing experience (or ADN with 5 years). CCDS/CDIP encouraged.
