Emergency Room Registered Nurse

Emergency Room Registered NurseThis position is for an Emergency Room Registered Nurse. The role requires a minimum of 1 year of experience. The nurse must have a valid state license and certifications including ACLS, BLS, and PALS. TNCC is preferred, and a vehicle is required for the assignment. The position will float between units based on needs, with weekends required every other week. Block schedules are not required, and expected patient ratios are 1:4. The facility is a short-term acute care facility with 60 staff beds. Scrub color is flexible, and charting is done using Epic. Daily census is approximately 80 patients, with 15 beds available. Interdisciplinary support includes pharmacy and rapid response teams. Patient demographic includes all ages, and stabilization and transfer services are provided for walk-in trauma cases. Travelers may be expected to float to other facilities nearby their contracted location. Refusal to float may result in termination of the assignment.
