• TekSystems is currently hiring for a Medical Patient Service Coordinator in the Lutherville, MD area! *
• MUST HAVE: 3 years of medical secretary, patient service coordinator, medical front desk or related experience. MUST Have EPIC experience! *
• Description*

Schedules patients check in/out Chart prep calling for referrals Answers phones, schedules procedures, completes authorizations & insurance verification greets incoming patients provides excellent customer service *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Must have a high school diploma Must have at least 2-3+ years in medical office working Front Desk/Patient Registration etc Previous EPIC experience is a MUST Dermatology experience would be a PLUS or exp at a multispecialty location Must have great customer service skills Must be comfortable working in a high volume role/team Must be familiar with insurance/pre-auth process *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lutherville, MD. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.50/hr.
