As a Registered Nurse (RN) focused on pediatric home healthcare, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering specialized care to our young client. Collaborating closely with the child and their family, you’ll ensure that their medical and emotional needs are met with warmth and expertise. Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive nursing care to pediatric clients during the shift. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the child’s physician. Monitor and assess the child's health status, including vital signs and response to treatment. Manage and provide care for any medical equipment or devices the child may need. Educate and empower families in managing their child’s health needs and care routines. Document all care activities and observations with accuracy and attention to detail.
