Create Meaningful Member Experiences.Are you passionate about creating welcoming experiences, building relationships, and helping people feel connected to their community? **The Plaistow YMCA** is seeking a **Member Engagement Director** to lead membership growth, engagement strategies, and exceptional member experiences.As a key member of the YMCA leadership team, the Member Engagement Director plays a vital role in strengthening relationships with members, families, staff, and community partners.
