Live Online Proctor - PART TIME

Meador an Openwork Company is currently engaged in a search to find a highly motivated Live Online Proctor - PART TIME in Sulphur, LA. In this customer service, proactive role, you will be responsible for proctoring eLearning labs and assisting Safety Instructors in on-site or off-site training. In a Live Online Proctor job, youll be responsible for:

• Check in trainees and verifies identification prior to testing
• Monitors trainees throughout training event
• Communicates lab rules and policies to trainees as needed while proctoring to ensure adherence to company rules and policies
• Explains the course and/or exam processes
• Assists trainees with technical assistance related to course navigation, login process, or equipment setup
• Understands testing procedures for each exam and adheres to company quality and security measures
• Reports suspected irregularities or trainee behavior to management immediately
• Responsible for maintaining professional and respectful demeanor
• Reports all course problems or discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner to the Supervisor of Live Online Proctoring
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Thorough understanding of and ability to use Windows Microsoft Office programs, Internet and Windows Explorer
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware
• Proven organizational skills
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Customer service skills are a must.
• Strong communication skills - written and oral
• Must enjoy working with the public and have a strong initiative to work independently
• Must be able to work in a quiet environment and learn detailed procedures

Additional Information:

• Schedule: WEEKENDS ONLY (PART TIME)- MUST have flexible schedule, SAT AND SUN 8-4:30PM
• MUST consent to background check and drug screen.
