Location- Schenectady, NY. Upstate NY, 25 minute drive to the capital city of Albany

Facility Primary Care offers a full range of health care services for the entire family, including: routine pediatric exams; adolescent medicine; routine adult and geriatric health care (including annual physicals for health maintenance, work, school or insurance); care for illness, injury and chronic medical conditions; and preventive immunizations and precautionary inoculations, as well as cancer screening and promotion of a healthy lifestyle.
Opportunity: Full-time Family Medicine Physician

HIGHLIGHTS:

• Shared call rotation averaging about 1 in every 70 days, with RN triage

• Call Rotation rotates amongst providers at 4 sites.

Requirements:

• Board Certification
• NYS licensure and DEA

Compensation:

• Compensation is between $250,000 and $260,000. The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with state law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
• Starting Bonus of up to $75,000
• Retention Bonus of $25,000
• Resident compensation available – up to 50 k per year for early sign on
