In-home CaregiverVillage Caregiving, located in Bowling Green, Kentucky, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as an In-home Caregiver. This is a part-time, hourly healthcare/medical job located in the city of Scottsville. As an In-home Caregiver, you will provide assistance and support to clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.Compensation & Benefits: At Village Caregiving, we value our employees and offer competitive compensation and benefits packages. Benefits include paid time off, sick leave, and ongoing training and development opportunities.Responsibilities:Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and medication remindersCreate a safe and comfortable environment for clients, ensuring their physical and emotional well-beingPerform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry, meal preparation, and errand runningAssist with mobility and transferring as neededEngage in conversation and activities to promote social interaction and stimulationDocument and report any changes in client's health or behaviorMaintain open communication with clients and their families to ensure their needs are being metAttend training and meetings as requiredRequirements:High school diploma or equivalentValid driver's license and reliable transportationPrevious experience in caregiving, healthcare, or a related field is preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamMust pass a background check and drug testMust be willing to provide personal care, including bathing and toileting assistanceMust have the physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds and be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of timeEEOC Statement: Village Caregiving is an equal opportunity employer.
