Lead HVAC Technician

Charlotte, NC | Full-Time
$25–$35/hr + Performance Bonuses

We're seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Technician to join our growing team in Charlotte. This role is ideal for a skilled technician who enjoys troubleshooting, mentoring others, and taking ownership of delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Support installation and maintenance projects as needed
• Mentor and assist junior technicians in the field
• Ensure all work meets safety standards and local codes
• Deliver outstanding customer service and professional communication
• Provide honest recommendations without high-pressure sales tactics

Qualifications

• 4+ years of residential HVAC experience
• EPA Certification required
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Experience leading projects or mentoring technicians preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Dependable, team-oriented, and motivated to grow professionally
