Currently, our Windows division on Ohio Street in Merrill, Wisconsin , a growing, major window and door manufacturer with manufacturing facilities located in Alabama, California, and Wisconsin, is seeking a qualified Maintenance Technician . About The Position Run Maintain and repair all mechanical parts and machinery in a manufacturing facility Troubleshoot, install, replace, and repair machines and equipment including mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Assist with Motion Control, PLC, MMI, and HMI programming, troubleshooting, and repair Install electrical components such as conduit, wiring, motor controls, starters, VFD, and soft starts Dismantle machinery and equipment, locate cause of malfunctioning or mechanical breakdown, replace parts from sock or fabricate replacement parts as needed Fabricate machine components for repairs and improvements of mechanical devices Effectively conduct and assess diagnostic tests to ensure optimum system functionality Assemble, install, and proactively maintain mechanical systems, machinery, and equipment for efficient operation Operate arc welder, cutting torch, hand tools, and forklift Fabricate, weld, mill, and lathe as needed Rig, lift, and move heavy equipment Perform general maintenance in a safe and efficient manner and maintain a clean work area Work may consist of various #J-18808-Ljbffr SIERRA PACIFIC INDUSTRIES
