Waterproofing Lead (Division 7)

Lead – Self Perform Division 7/Waterproofing (Denver, CO) DPR Construction is looking to add a Lead for our Self Perform Division 7/Waterproofing team. Responsibilities The Lead will be ultimately responsible for the day‑to‑day execution, project controls, project engineering, cost, risk, and business management of multiple commercial waterproofing and fire prevention projects. Manage all project team members (project teams range from 2-10 employees). Mentor and train project engineers and apply DPR’s people practices. Provide 100% detailed and hands‑on knowledge of project scope. Understand building processes and systems. Perform cost control, billings, collections, change management, and monthly status reporting. Estimate, budget, and forecast costs accurately. Act as the key point of contact for general contractor teams. Challenge and support job sites and GC team members. Be accountable for project completion, financials, critical success factors, customer satisfaction, and results. Collaborate closely with project team members, project executives, and regional leadership. Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of commercial construction and waterproofing/fire protection experience. Excellent listening and strong communication skills. Ability to identify and resolve complex issues. Ability to create and support team morale. Strong technical knowledge in moisture and fire protection. Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, project‑management software, accounting/cost‑management software, and scheduling software. Strong work ethic and can‑do attitude. Flexible, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple demanding projects while meeting deadlines. Salary & Benefits Salary range: $30,000 – $33,000 per year.
