Universal Banker I

Andover State Bank is looking for a Universal Banker to join our team in Andover. Client Relationship Management 3. Deposit Account Growth 4. Daily Transaction Assistance 5. Customer Service Key Responsibilities: Open and maintain consumer and commercial accounts, CDs, IRAs, and other banking products. Provide consultative customer service, identify financial needs, and cross-sell products. Conduct outbound calls and personalized follow-ups to grow customer relationships and deposits. Assist customers with online/mobile banking and general inquiries. Maintain accurate records and adhere to all bank policies and regulations. Provide back up support to front-line and process daily teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and transfers, as needed. Qualifications: Strong knowledge of retail banking products and account documentation. Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance standards. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to process transactions accurately and maintain attention to detail. Consultative sales approach with ability to identify customer needs and recommend solutions. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage risk. Team-oriented with adaptability to changing priorities. Expectations: Deliver excellent customer experience aligned with our core values. Meet outreach and contact goals for marketing campaigns.
