What You'll Do:

• Perform a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks throughout the community
• Conduct routine and preventative maintenance on equipment and building systems
• Respond promptly to service requests from residents and staff
• Support a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all
• Positively contribute to resident satisfaction through high-quality workmanship

What You'll Need:

• 13 years of maintenance experience required
• Mechanical aptitude required
• HVAC experience preferred
• Associate's degree from a technical school preferred
• Strong critical thinking skills, independent judgment, and the ability to multitask and prioritize work assignments
• Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
