We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) for a home health nursing opportunity in Lakewood, Colorado. This position offers a consistent overnight schedule for a nurse who is passionate about providing personalized, high-quality care.

Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Home Health Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to individuals in their homes, ensuring they receive the necessary medical treatments, guidance, and support. You will work closely with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to create personalized care plans that promote health, mobility, and overall wellness.

• Patient Care and Education

• Professional Development and Interdisciplinary Collaboration

Education and Experience Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
• Licensure:Must hold a valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado.
• Previous nursing experience in home health, hospice, or community health preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a home health setting.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
