Pharmacy Technician Opportunity

A Pharmacy Technician opportunity is available for a per diem position in Waxahachie, TX. This role focuses on accurately distributing prescribed medications while offering exceptional customer service and clear communication about medication usage. Ideal candidates will have a valid Texas pharmacy technician license and experience in retail or long-term care settings.

Schedule/Hours:

Tuesday, August 18, 2026: 8:30 AM 5:00 PM (8.5 hours)
Wednesday, August 19, 2026: 8:30 AM 5:00 PM (8.5 hours)
Thursday, August 20, 2026: 8:30 AM 5:00 PM (8.5 hours)
Friday, August 21, 2026: 8:30 AM 5:00 PM (8.5 hours)

Key Responsibilities:

Distribute drugs prescribed by licensed health practitioners following established protocols
Provide customers with accurate information regarding medications and their proper use
Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and trust
Maintain compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations
Assist pharmacy staff with daily operational tasks as needed

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Valid Texas Pharmacy Technician License required
Prior experience in retail pharmacy or long-term care preferred
Strong attention to detail combined with effective communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to professionalism and patient confidentiality
