Member Revenue Operations Analyst: Billing & Data Insights

Progyny Inc. is seeking a highly analytical Member Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Finance team in New York City. You will own AR reconciliations, billing investigations, refunds, and complex billing issues while partnering across Finance, Claims Revenue Operations, Member Services, Engineering, Product, IT, and external vendors to improve operational workflows. The role requires 3+ years in Revenue Operations or related fields, strong Excel and SQL skills, and experience with Power BI #J-18808-Ljbffr Progyny Inc.
