The Assembly Associate is a vital member of a small production team, responsible for efficiently assembling components while maintaining high quality and safety standards. Reporting directly to the floor supervisor, this role involves hands-on work with hand tools and requires occasional overtime. This position offers valuable opportunities for skill development within a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Assemble components according to specifications
- Perform quality inspections to ensure product standards
- Maintain safety compliance throughout all tasks
- Set up and organize workstations efficiently
- Report production progress and issues to supervisor
C SHIFT :
Monday-Wednesday
6:00 am - 6:00 pm
D SHIFT :
Friday - Sunday
6:00 am - 6:00 pm
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in manufacturing or assembly
- Manual assembly skills
- Knowledge of quality control practices
- Understanding of safety compliance requirements
- Basic hand tool operation
- Strong teamwork abilities
- Attention to detail
- Effective time management
- Good communication skills
