All three are confidential. We match you to the one that fits.

The seat Director of Construction, VP of Construction, Director of Field Operations, Area Construction Manager, or a General Superintendent or Senior Construction Manager ready to run the whole field side. You lead the superintendents and construction managers, own starts, cycle time, quality, and closings across every active community or custom home, manage the trade partner bench, and report to a division president, an owner, or a general manager.

Where the work is Production and semi-custom communities. Luxury custom homes on private lots. Townhomes, multifamily, and mixed-use residential in Miami. Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade, with job sites across all three.

What we look for Eight or more years building homes, with the last three leading superintendents or construction managers. You've run a division, an area, or a full custom portfolio, not one job. You know Palm Beach and Miami-Dade permitting, the Florida Building Code, product approvals, and what a hurricane plan looks like on an open site. You can speak to starts and closings, even-flow, punch and QA, warranty handoff, and trade partner performance. A CGC or CBC license helps. A track record you can walk through year by year. Discretion. Most of the people we place aren't looking, and we treat your application the same way.
