Synergy Health Partners is looking for a Medical Director of Anesthesia with strong leadership and clinical skills to join a team working at TRI-STATE HEALTH in beautiful CLARKSTON, WASHINGTON.Job Description:Medical Directorship:Interface with C-suite, medical staff leaders, support personnelCreate strategies to maximize OR efficiency and institute new service linesCreate a culture of excellence in the surgery department, while maintaining your clinical skillsAttend/Develop OR Governance Committee and attend quarterly Surgical Committee MeetingsReview and create Policies and Procedures related to anesthesia and surgeryProvide educational lectures/instructions to CRNAs, OR Staff and othersGeneral Anesthesia Coverage:Cases: Ortho, Robotics, General, B&B, Endo, Urology, GILead a team of high quality, experienced CRNAs and together, staff 4 operating roomsCoverage for the operating rooms will be scheduled cases during the week, plus add-ons/emergencies on weekends and holidays30% administrative work70% own casesIntermittent beeper call and flexible scheduleFacility Details:Facility Type: Acute Care Hospital; Rural facility# Beds: 25# of ORs: 4EMR: Meditech; Anesthesia uses paperCompensation:No state tax for WA stateFull-time preferred; Part-time is an option (restrictions apply)Base rate: $618K annuallySign-On Bonus: $50K (restrictions apply)License:Active WA license preferred, and Synergy can assist in securing a Washington license for the right candidate.About Clarkston, WALocated in northeastern Washington state, Clarkston is across the river from Lewiston, ID.
