Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments to identify clients’ needs and challenges. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that integrate evidence-based practices tailored to each individual. Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, applying trauma-informed care techniques. Document all interactions in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to confidentiality standards. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to coordinate care and enhance patient outcomes. Remain informed of the latest research and best practices in the fields of social work and addiction treatment. Patient Population / Client Focus You will work with a diverse clientele, including adults struggling with addiction, trauma, anxiety, and depression. Qualifications A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. An active LCSW license in the state of New Jersey. Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Experience A minimum of two years of experience in clinical social work, particularly within the fields of addiction treatment or mental health rehabilitation, is preferred. Compensation and Benefits The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 yearly, commensurate with experience.
