What You'll Do
As the Sales Team Manager, you'll help shape the success of both the agency and its sales professionals by providing leadership, accountability, and hands-on support.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of licensed insurance sales professionals.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve production and close rates.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions, training, and performance reviews.
• Lead by example through personal sales production and customer engagement.
• Work with prospective customers to provide quotes, recommend coverage, and close new business.
• Foster a positive, goal-oriented culture focused on teamwork and accountability.
• Ensure agency processes, compliance standards, and customer service expectations are consistently met.
• Help recruit, onboard, and develop future sales talent.
• Track team metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and performance.

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance license
• Life & Health Insurance License also preferred
• Previous insurance sales experience with a strong record of success.
• Leadership, supervisory, or team management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
