Role: Workday Consultant
Location: Mountain View, C

Non-negotiable: Certified Workday Implementation experience (or Pro) certification in Time Tracking and Absence management, Payroll (US, Canada), hands-on experience in US, Canada and Europe benefits. Min. 10 years of post-cert experience is mandatory. This person to serve as functional architect cum Scrum Master who deeply understands Workday, but not required to do Workday tech config (which makes it difficult). Technically speaking, it's a tech credentials in functional advisory role.

Good to have: FinTech exposure. Prior big-4 experience.

Typical duties: production cut off planning, new WD release planning and roadmap development, COE support. The offshore person is supposed to take care of hands-on config (the inter-relationship).
