Laboratory Director

If you are an experienced laboratory leader ready to step into a high impact hospital leadership role, this opportunity is worth a conversation. Opportunity Highlights Lead Laboratory and Phlebotomy operations within an acute care hospital environment Provide strategic and operational leadership for approximately 75 team members Oversee key laboratory services including blood bank, chemistry, hematology, and microbiology Partner directly with executive leadership while driving quality, performance, employee engagement, and operational excellence Day shift leadership position Qualifications Recent acute care laboratory leadership experience at the Manager or Supervisor level Bachelor’s degree or higher in Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or a related chemical, physical, or biological science Active state Medical Technologist license Current American Society for Clinical Pathology certification required Comprehensive health and wellness benefits, retirement plan with employer match, education assistance, paid time off, family support programs, and additional colleague benefits are available. #J-18808-Ljbffr
