Your Key Responsibilities
- Utilize radiographic and CT techniques to secure precise diagnostic images for physician assessments
- Collaborate effectively with radiologists and the broader healthcare team to support accurate diagnosis
- Ensure proper patient positioning and calibration of equipment for optimal imaging results
- Maintain rigorous radiation safety protocols for patients and staff
- Keep comprehensive records, including imaging logs and equipment maintenance documentation
- Deliver compassionate patient care throughout the imaging process
- Foster a safe, organized, and efficient imaging environment
Education and Certification Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology required; Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- Completion of an accredited radiology program
Necessary Certifications
- ARRT certification (CT and/or Radiography)
- Current BLS certification or the ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
