We are looking for a Full-Time provider (40 hours per week) to join our team at the Mifflin Center in Shillington, PA. This role is open to either a nurse practitioner or a physician assistant, with a minimum of one year of relevant experience required.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $116,480 to $120,640, along with an incentive compensation bonus program that has no cap. About Us

Key Responsibilities

The Advanced Practice Provider will report directly to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role involves collaborating on-site with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific center goals and priorities. Additionally, the Advanced Practice Provider will work closely with the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician to deliver patient-centered medical care.

The Advanced Practice Provider will offer primary and urgent care services to residents of the nursing center, working alongside other medical professionals to fulfill our mission of enhancing lives through high-quality healthcare and compassionate service.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have graduated from an accredited nursing program and hold a valid registered nurse license. For Nurse Practitioners, a Master’s Degree in Nursing with a focus on Older Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) is required. Other specialties may be considered based on experience and organizational needs. Physician Assistants must have completed a program accredited by the ARC-PA and passed the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) to obtain the PAC designation, along with state licensure and NCCPA certification.

A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.

In states where practice regulations permit, the Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) must possess an unrestricted professional license and DEA registration for each state of practice. Similarly, the Physician Assistant (PA) must have an unrestricted professional license and DEA registration for each state in which they practice.

Note: Restrictions may apply based on collective bargaining agreements, state laws, and factors such as pay classification, job grade, location, and length of service. To qualify for full-time benefits, a minimum of 30 hours per week is required. Salary Range

Annual Salary: $116,480.00 - $120,640.00
