RESPONSIBILITIES:

Process parts orders, including special orders, backorders, and returns Assist customers in identifying correct parts and accessories for their vehicles Communicate effectively with service technicians to ensure correct parts are provided for repairs Promote and upsell additional parts, accessories, and service related work items. Process warranties and core returns in compliance with dealership and manufacture policies. Provide excellent customer service, resolving complains or concerns promptly Ensure accuracy of invoices, tickets, and repair orders related to parts transactions. Follow all dealership policies, safety standards, and manufacture guidelines.
