Seeking candidates with: D./Ph.D. to lead Systemic Sclerosis Disease Center within the Rheumatology division Lead outreach efforts to improve outcomes in at risk patients with interstitial lung disease Coordinate interdisciplinary conferences and case boards related to interstitial lung disease Mentor junior physicians and physician scientist faculty and fellows Incumbent will provide a minimal amount of inpatient and outpatient services with a focus on systemic sclerosis and interstitial lung disease within adult Rheumatology as well as participate in bedside and didactic teaching activities About MUSC’s Rheumatology Program: Collaborative and intellectually stimulating team composed of 13 physicians with comprehensive administrative support Internationally recognized for its patient care and research relating to Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE), Vasculitis and Systemic Sclerosis (Scleroderma) The MUSC Rheumatology Fellowship Program recruits top candidates from across the country annually Ranked 14th best in the country by S.
