Customer Service Rep

Job Expectations:

1. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues 
2. Utilize customer support experience to provide exceptional service
3. Meet service standards and drive service sales
4. Process orders and handle complaints with ease
5. Support customers through various channels including phone, email, and in-person interactions
