HR Coordinator: Talent Acquisition & Systems Lead

Enterprise State Community College

Lawson State Community College seeks an HR Coordinator to manage contracts, recruitment, onboarding, and HR programs across campus. You will ensure compliance with FLSA and college policies, coordinate job postings and onboarding for new hires, and support audits and committee activities. The role also covers HR systems management (Ellucian Banner, NEOED, Adobe Sign), data reporting, and confidentiality. Travel between campuses may be required; strong communication and analytical skills are #J-18808-Ljbffr
