Product Control Worker Days
Location: San Marcos
Work Schedule: Days: Monday-Friday, 7a-3:30p/Finish
Wage: $20 per hour
Hours Per Week: 40+ hours; Full Time
Job Duties: The Product Control Worker - receives palletized or crated product and organizes by type using a pallet jack, and loading trucks by load schematics. May also move or stack product by hand to boxes or crates. May stretch-wrap stacks or pallets by hand or machine as needed. Must be physically able to lift up to 75lbs on occasion. Work is conducted in a cold environment which averages 35 degrees Fahrenheit. Checks temperatures and completes paperwork. Other duties as assigned. Requires the ability to speak, read and understand English. Heavy labor experience in a similar environment is preferred.
Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to grip, handle, or write; talk or hear and taste or smell. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, or reach with hands and arms; may regularly bend or occasionally climb, balance or stoop. The employee may regularly push, pull; lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment: While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to cold, wet and/or humid conditions and; moving mechanical parts.
Employment is contingent upon results of post-offer background checks, drug tests functional assessments and physicals.
