Detailed Job Description
Job responsibilities : 1. Strong in Performance testing strategy approach and methodologies. Assess, define, drive performance testing strategy. Plan, prepare, coordinate, and e2e execution of performance testing activities. Timely delivery while maintaining quality standards and meeting client expectations.
2. Client Relationship and Stakeholder Management
3.Requirements Elicitation and Analysis, Gather, analyze, and document performance testing requirements, facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and discussions to understand performance goals, nonfunctional requirements, and success criteria, clarify expectations and translate business needs into actionable performance testing deliverables
4. Offshore Team Coordination : Collaborate closely with offshore performance testing team to ensure seamless project execution. Provide guidance, and clarifications to offshore team. Monitor progress, resolve delivery issues, and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards. Foster effective communication and knowledge sharing across distributed teams.
5. Resource Availability and Onsite Engagement. Work from the client office for a minimum of two days per week. Maintain regular interaction with client teams to facilitate faster decision making and issue resolution.
6. Successful delivery of performance testing executions - Effective offshore and onsite collaboration. Early identification and mitigation of performance risks. Continuous improvement of performance engineering practices and processes.
