Physical Therapist - Digital Health Specialist

CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist - Digital Health Specialist to deliver innovative, evidence-based care in our outpatient and virtual settings. In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and neurologic conditions, designing individualized plans of care that integrate in-clinic treatment, home programs, and digital health tools. You’ll conduct telehealth visits, use remote monitoring and engagement platforms, and leverage outcomes data to optimize results. Working within CORA’s collaborative, patient-first culture, you’ll partner with an interdisciplinary team, participate in mentorship and continuing education, and help drive clinical excellence in a supportive, community-minded environment focused on restoring function, independence, and quality of life.
