Housekeeping Supervisor – Vertex Premier Hospitality Solutions

Vertex Premier Hospitality Solutions is hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor in Orlando, FL. We are looking for a dependable, hands-on leader who can support daily housekeeping operations, guide the team, and help ensure guest rooms and assigned areas meet company and client standards.

This position will supervise a daily workload of approximately 40 rooms per day, ensuring rooms are completed properly, inspected for quality, and turned over on time.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations and support room attendants, housemen, and other team members.
• Oversee a daily workload of approximately 40 rooms and help ensure assignments are completed efficiently.
• Inspect guest rooms and assigned areas to ensure cleanliness, quality, and brand standards are met.
• Assign work, monitor productivity, and help ensure daily boards are completed on time.
• Train, coach, and support team members on proper cleaning procedures, safety, and service expectations.
• Communicate with leadership, front desk, maintenance, and client representatives as needed.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, lost and found items, safety concerns, and team performance concerns.
• Assist with supplies, linen control, housekeeping carts, and storage area organization.
• Lead by example and step in to support the team when needed.

Requirements:

• Previous housekeeping experience is required.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Must be reliable, professional, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, and pull throughout the shift.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
