Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking a pre-litigation attorney to serve as a Pre-Suit Attorney in our growing office in Sacramento, CA. Responsibilities Day‑to‑day handling of all pre‑litigation work Complete the Flip‑to‑Lit approval Guide clients through the case process Drafting and filing of pre‑litigation documents Complete TD approval for liability issues Oversee settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages Manage the release approval process Manage a team of 6‑10 Case Managers Focus on Personal injury cases, primarily general liability.
