The Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically driven Financial Analyst with experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) operations. This role is ideal for a finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, operationally focused environment and enjoys translating complex data into actionable business insights. In this role, you will support enterprise-wide financial planning, profitability analysis, forecasting, and reporting while partnering cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and business leaders to drive data-informed decision-making. You will play a key role in analyzing operational performance, identifying cost drivers, and supporting strategic initiatives that impact both current operations and long-term business growth. The ideal candidate brings strong business acumen, intellectual curiosity, and demonstrated experience working within manufacturing, production, distribution, or CPG environments. What You’ll Be Doing: Lead profitability planning and analysis across multiple business segments to support strategic growth initiatives Drive expense planning and departmental spend analysis, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization Develop and deliver timely, accurate, and insightful financial reporting to support business unit decision-making Support the development of the annual financial plan and contribute to forecasting activities Prepare and present monthly financial reports and executive-level materials, including written and verbal insights What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Demonstrated experience in financial analysis, reporting, or planning Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels What Sets You Apart: Background working within Manufacturing or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) operations Experience with enterprise resource planning systems such as SAP Professional certification (such as Certified Public Accountant or Chartered Financial Analyst) 5–7 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance Proven ability to streamline processes and drive operational efficiencies Where and When You’ll Work: Enjoy the best of both worlds with a hybrid schedule—collaborate in person at our East Chicago, IN office Monday through Wednesday and work remotely Thursday, Friday. What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like: Salary -$57,250 – $73,395 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.
