In this role, you will assist in preparing and reviewing Federal, State, and Local income tax projections and returns for individuals, partnerships, S-corporations, and trusts. You'll work closely with Directors to deliver comprehensive financial and investment deliverables, engage clients in meaningful financial conversations, and support continuous process improvements through innovative technology. Additionally, you'll manage workflow among associates and administrative staff, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality service delivery. Salary: $95-115K, with some hybrid flexibility after training. Location: Cleveland, OH

Required Skills

• 5 to 7 years of tax and financial planning experience
• Proficiency in individual and pass-through entity taxation
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience using Client Service Management software and financial planning tools like eMoney or investment performance platforms
• Demonstrated commitment to professional excellence and client satisfaction
• Self-starter with resourcefulness and analytical thinking
• Team-oriented with flexibility and adaptability

Nice to Have Skills

• Investment management experience
• CPA or CFP designation (candidates pursuing these credentials are also encouraged to apply)

Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5 to 7 years of relevant tax and financial planning experience
