Sales Enablement Lead

Owning the onboarding, training, and coaching for Skan's go-to-market team, the full-time Sales Enablement Lead will develop structured programs, enhance sales methodologies, and provide ongoing coaching to ensure reps achieve productivity and success in a hybrid work environment. Key Responsibilities Continuously improve and manage the sales onboarding program to ensure new reps ramp up quickly Train sales reps on methodologies and create resources like battlecards and playbooks for effective sales execution Capture field feedback and deliver coaching programs to address skill gaps and improve performance Required Qualifications 5-7 years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or field sales within a B2B SaaS company Proven experience building and running a new-hire onboarding program with measurable improvements Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and methodologies Experience in training on partner-sourced or partner-influenced sales motions is preferred Excellent facilitation and content-development skills, with comfort in coaching both new and experienced reps
