Car Wash Team Member - Golden Nozzle Car Wash Support the Team. Drive Daily Operations. Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience. Golden Nozzle Car Wash is looking for hard-working, dedicated, customer-focused individuals who enjoy interacting with customers and helping make a difference in the world. As a Team Member, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be passionate about operational excellence and outstanding customer service. This position offers the opportunity to continue growing your skills while advancing your career within the organization. What You'll Do: A day in this role may include:
- Customer Interaction: Provide best-in-class customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Sales Support: Recite standard customer service greetings using an on-site electronic tablet and assist with executing sales initiatives and membership growth strategies.
- Site Maintenance: Help ensure the facility, equipment, and grounds are clean, safe, and fully operational at all times.
- Workflow Optimization: Support efforts to optimize vehicle throughput to minimize wait times and enhance the customer experience.
- Safety & Compliance: Follow all company safety procedures and regulatory compliance standards.
- Operational Support: Perform general housekeeping duties and monitor inventory levels to assist with restocking chemicals and supplies.

- Age: At least 16 years of age.
- Education: Read, write, and perform arithmetic calculations (such as making change) at an eighth-grade level.
- Availability: Flexible availability to cover shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Working at least one day on the weekend is required.
- Adaptability: Ability to remain calm and respond according to policies and procedures during emergencies.
- Lifting: Ability to lift, carry, and hold up to 50 lbs.
- Environment: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with temperatures ranging from -10°F to 100°F.
- Stamina: Must be able to stand, walk, and move around vehicles for extended periods of time.
- Exposure: Ability to tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.
- Competitive Pay: Average $17.25 - $20.25 per hour (includes wages and performance-based bonuses).
