JPA Lead Associate (Fully Remote)

Supports day-to-day administration and quality control of JPA/JPC transactions. Provides direction and quality review for JPC Field Inspectors. Key Responsibilities: Manage work assignments and review completed field work for accuracy and completeness. Track and upload all JPA forms, prepare responses, and manage intents and denials. Prepare reports, track cost items, and send utility notifications. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience in telecommunications or related field. Strong working knowledge of JPA/JPC forms, transactions, and pole-attachment documentation. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and tracking systems.
