Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Establish and maintain a trusting rapport with clients through empathetic and supportive communication. \n
- Diagnose mental health disorders using evidence-based assessment tools and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients. \n
- Conduct regular therapy sessions, both one-on-one and in group settings, to provide ongoing counseling and support. \n
- Monitor and evaluate client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on feedback and assessment results. \n
- Facilitate group therapy sessions that encourage peer support and shared experiences among clients facing similar challenges. \n
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community resources to provide holistic support and referrals when necessary. \n
- Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation, tracking client progress, and managing administrative tasks efficiently. \n
In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals coping with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and various family dynamics. Your expertise will be crucial in creating tailored treatment approaches that address the unique experiences and challenges of each client, fostering a safe and nurturing environment for growth and healing.
Qualifications\n- \n
- Active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Pennsylvania is required. \n
- A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field. \n
- Strong understanding of mental health disorders and therapeutic methodologies, especially in family dynamics. \n
- Proven ability to facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions effectively. \n
- Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities to handle administrative duties and patient care seamlessly. \n

- Previous telehealth experience is highly desirable, with familiarity in using EHR platforms for client management. \n
- Experience working with a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), or Solution-Focused Therapy. \n
Fora Therapy Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
