Your ability to clear the way, extrapolate intricate details, attend to complex situations and serve as a trusted go-between make you a perfect fit for a Field Reimbursement Manager role at Syneos Health.The Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) proactively provides education and support on product access programs for physicians and their staff. They serve as the key contact responsible for reimbursement and access support-related matters for the product in the assigned geography. The FRM will educate and support the integration of the product into physician offices as well as provide support on reimbursement related processes and issues, as needed. Additionally, the FRM will analyze reimbursement and access issues and act as the local access and reimbursement resource for other field sales force personnel and region management. The FRM will need to coordinate cross functionally within Field Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Public Affairs, State & Government Affairs, Trade, and Specialty Pharmacy Account Management.You wil:Analyze reimbursement issues and opportunitiesProvide offices product reimbursement expertiseProvide reimbursement education to field teams etc.Provide visibility into PHI with appropriate consentsCoordinate on reimbursement issues with third parties including HUBsLiaise with Specialty Pharmacy for pharmacy benefit productsAt Syneos Health, we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace.
