We're looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and highly personable Customer Service (BDC) personnel to help us deliver on that promise.Role Overview: The BDC personnel is responsible for driving customer satisfaction by following up with customers post-service, identifying opportunities for improvement. You'll collaborate with the service team.
